Dr. Wallace’s education began at St. Ambrose University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in 2005. Dr. Wallace attended Southern Illinois University, and graduated with her Doctorate of Dental Medicine, after which she completed a one-year residency at the Milwaukee Veteran Affairs Office. Her professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and Rock Island District Dental Society.

A native of Moline, Dr. Wallace is happy to live and work in the wonderful community where she grew up. She and her husband Harrison are the proud parents of four children. In her free time, Dr. Wallace enjoys ballroom dancing, painting, drawing, and singing. If she looks familiar, you may have seen her acting on stage in community theater!
